Warren Gleicher is Chair of the ASUH Board of Directors, he is also a member of the University of Haifa’s Board of Governors. A partner with Olshan Frome & Wolosky LLP, Warren advises clients in estate planning and reorganization of multiple family holdings as well as supervises administration of estates. As a top-rated tax attorney with over 25 years of experience in income and estate taxation, Warren has been named repeatedly since 2007 to the New York Super Lawyers list. He has advised clients in the income tax aspects of complex joint ventures for investment as well as in all tax aspects of investment and sale of real estate and foreign investment in the U.S. Warren is also President of the Leon H. Charney Foundation, named for his late client and friend. He and Amy Gleicher, parents of three sons, are strong supporters of the therapeutic communities for children and adults in Vermont and elsewhere that are affiliated with the Camphill Association of North America.
Warren received his BA from the State University of New York at Stony Brook, his JD from the State University of New York at Buffalo Law School, and his LLM (Master of Laws) from the New York University School of Law.
